These terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements placed through the DeenStrength webshop.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by DeenStrength and to every agreement concluded through the webshop.

Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

 

3. The offer

We strive to describe and present our products as clearly and accurately as possible.

Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding for DeenStrength. Images are for illustrative purposes only; minor color or detail differences may occur.

 

 

4. Formation of the agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions.

After placing an order, the consumer will receive an order confirmation by email.

 

5. Prices

All prices are listed in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process.

DeenStrength reserves the right to change prices and offers. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

 

 

6. Payment

Payment is processed via the available payment methods in the webshop, including iDEAL, Klarna, and other options supported by Shopify.

The order is processed once payment has been successfully completed.

 

 

7. Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within 2–3 business days via PostNL.

Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer. DeenStrength is not liable for delays caused by carriers.

 

 

8. Right of withdrawal & Returns

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason.

Conditions for returns:

The item must be unworn and undamaged

The item must be in its original condition

The return must be registered in advance via email

Return shipping costs are at the consumer’s expense, unless the item was damaged or incorrectly delivered

9. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method as the original transaction.

 

 

10. Damaged or incorrectly delivered products

If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, the consumer must contact us as soon as possible via email, including clear photos.

We will provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement or refund.

 

11. Liability

DeenStrength is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profit.

Liability is limited in all cases to the amount of the relevant order.

 

12. Force majeure

DeenStrength is not obliged to fulfill obligations if prevented due to force majeure, including carrier disruptions, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

13. Intellectual property

All content on the website (texts, images, logos, and designs) is the property of DeenStrength and may not be used, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.

 

 

14. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted via email.

We aim to respond substantively within 5 business days.

 

 

15. Applicable law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

 

 

16. Amendments

DeenStrength reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most current version is always available on the website.
