Shipments & Returns

This shipping and returns policy forms part of the General Terms and Conditions of DeenStrength and must be read in conjunction with them. DeenStrength reserves the right to amend this policy.

Shipping

We process and ship orders carefully and as quickly as possible.

Orders within the EU are usually delivered within 2 to 3 working days. We ship via PostNL, DHL and DPD. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace code. This allows you to easily follow the status of your delivery.

We aim to process all orders quickly. In exceptional situations, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier congestion or external logistical factors.

Returns

Not satisfied with your order or does the product not fit as expected? You have 14 days after receiving your order to register a return.

Return costs are at your own expense. Please contact us in advance via info@deenstrength.com and mention your order number and reason for return. We will then send you further instructions for the return.

Conditions for returns

Returned products must meet the following conditions.

• The product is unworn.
• The product is in its original condition.
• All labels and any seals remain intact.
• All accessories and packaging materials are returned with it.

Only use the product to assess whether it is suitable. Use beyond trying on or testing will lead to a reduction in value.

The product must be returned in the original packaging and packed securely for transport. Damage during return transport due to insufficient packaging is the responsibility of the sender.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned shipment, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method. This will be done within 14 days after receiving the returned product.

Wrong item received

Did you receive the wrong product? Please contact us immediately via info@deenstrength.com. Return the item in the same condition as received and within 14 days after delivery. We will then provide an appropriate solution.

Damaged or defective items

Did you receive a damaged or defective item? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@deenstrength.com. Clearly describe the problem and, if possible, add photos. We will then inform you about the next steps.

Order not received

Have you not received your order even though it is marked as shipped? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@deenstrength.com. Report this within 14 days after the shipping confirmation so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Return costs

Return costs are at your own expense, except in the following situations.

• You received the wrong item.
• The item was delivered damaged or defective.

In these cases, we will provide an appropriate solution and reimburse the shipping costs.
