8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via PostNL, DHL, DPD, or UPS.

The estimated delivery time may vary depending on destination and carrier.

After shipment, the customer will receive a Track & Trace code if available.

DeenStrength is not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer as soon as the order has been delivered to the specified delivery address.

9. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receipt.

Return conditions:

• product must be unused
• product must be in original condition
• original labels must be present

Return costs are at the customer’s expense.

After receipt and inspection of the returned shipment, the refund will be processed via the original payment method.
